Ceredigion Youth Service is committed to supporting young people aged 11–16 to reach their potential.
We provide personal, social, and educational development opportunities through both specialised support and open-access provision, helping young people make informed choices and lead meaningful lives.
Our vision is simple:
To create a robust, inclusive service that empowers young people to reach their full potential through safe spaces, trusted relationships, and opportunities to learn, participate, and express themselves.
Our five pillar approach
Porth Cymorth Cynnar
We are a part of Ceredigion County Council and Porth Cymorth Cynnar. The Service aims to support citizens of Ceredigion at every stage of their life.
Porth Cymorth Cynnar provides through-age, integrated delivery of universal and focused early support, information, advice and intervention.
The Service aims to improve aspects of an individual’s personal, social, educational, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing by promoting individual and family resilience, empowerment and independence.
